Salads

Whether you are looking for something to eat as a light lunch or to add to a meal, salads always add variety and good nutritional content.  They are also useful to make in bulk and package into smaller portions to take to work/school for lunch.  What about a hearty soup and salad? Those also go together well - especially in cold, rainy weather.  Be adventurous!  Be creative... It is hard to go wrong with natures bounty!
